If the Playbook is not worth what you paid, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not have to explain why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
Email suporteselos@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, and include your order number if you have it. That is the whole process.
We action refunds within 1 business day of receiving your email. Once processed, the money typically appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
The same 7-day policy applies to every add-on offered after checkout, individually. Refunding one does not affect the others.
You keep the files. We do not revoke access to material you have already read — asking for your money back is not something we penalise.
